Cato Poll Herefords is delighted to announce that it has won the South West Hereford Association’s 2019 Competition.
Cato Poll was selected by the Association as winner of the ‘Large Herd’ category. The herd, which was established in 1996 and moved to its new home at Cheddarmarsh Farm in Stogumber, West Somerset in 2016, is also recipient of the Hereford Cattle Society’s South West Herd of the Year accolade for 2016 and 2018.
“We really are grateful to everyone who has supported us this year, but particularly our stockman John Richmond for his excellent work with our herd over the past few years,” said Jonathan Moorhouse, owner of Cheddarmarsh Farm and founder of the Cato Poll Herd.
